Curly girl? Embracing your hair's natural texture is easiest with the right products and three- step regimen.

For years, curly-haired women have been told that in order to fight frizz they have to shield their hair against humidity. And while humidity can be a contributing factor, the most important thing is actually hair's strength. "All the little twists and turns of your curls can be weak spots where the cuticle--that's your hair's outer layer--can lift, allowing moisture to penetrate allowing swelling of the hair, making it frizzy. But by strengthening curls at their core and adding back moisture you can prevent frizz from happening, says Shape Magazine's Cheryl Kramer Kaye. To that end, Pantene has a product regimen that moisturizers and strengthen, so that hair is practically frizz-free all day long.

Kaye recommends a targeted three product system: Start with Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo and Conditioner, which adds moisture back into curls without weighing them down. These are the foundation for healthy hair and great style. "Then when my hair is still damp I use Pantene Style Series Maximum Hold Mousse which smooths the cuticle and gives me the perfect balance of volume and control so that it stays frizz-free. And I always let it air dry so I don't do any extra damage with the heat of the blow dryer," she says.

"And then there are days like today when it's drizzling in New York City and the humidity is through the roof so I need a little extra protection. I'll spray on Pantene's Smooth Anti-Humidity Hair Spray which is alcohol-free so it won't dry out my hair, and it just locks in my look and locks out humidity."

She adds: "Like I always tell Shape readers, summer is the time to embrace your natural hair texture. And I know that with my Pantene plan I'll be rocking my curls all summer long."
