We got to splash around with the Olympic gold medalist, who teamed up with the Anthem Foundation to help at-risk youth establish healthy habits and live an active lifestyle.

If you’re a true football fan then you know that showing your team spirit is important. So you’ve got jerseys, your favorite tees, sweatshirts, hats, etc all to wear during the season…but now you can rock your favorite fan gear 365 days a year because the NFL has got your back with their new apparel line that is so on trend, you can wear it everyday and not just on game day. We saw it first hand in NY and LA where we were behind the scenes at the lifestyle photo shoot with some of NFL’s greats…
Such as Von Miller, from the 2016 Super Bowl champs, the Denver Broncos. His style is fun and casual so we saw him in tees with either a puffer or leather jacket and some stylish sneakers to complete the look.
The NY Jets, Eric Decker who looked super sexy in whatever he was wearing, along with retired player Charles Woodson.
And new to LA, the Rams’ Todd Gurley who played tourist for the day in some of his favorite gear…of course representing his team!

We caught up with former President of the United States, Bill Clinton in the Bronx, where he was making his rounds that week, reminding all to get out and vote since we’re just a week out from the New York primary election.
He reminded us about how his wife, Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary has always fought for us in the past and why we should vote for her…of course. But as he was speaking, I couldn’t help think about how surreal all of this is to him, going around and campaigning again but this time not for himself. Some days he probably gets a few déjà vu moments. And if Hillary wins, he’ll be getting a lot of those moments when he’s back in the White House.
We all know his Party Rockin jams from LMFAO….but now Redfoo is going solo and taking things up a notch with a new debut album, a fashion line and of course more PARTYING! He stopped by the LifeMinute offices to tell us all about it…
And of course, as soon as you look at him you think nothing but fun….BUT there is a whole other side to the party rocker that most don’t know. Like, bet you wouldn’t have guessed that he used to be a day trader and is really good with numbers. His favorite hobby is putting data into spreadsheets. He likes to see the big picture all spread out in front of him.
Redfoo also shared that his dad, Berry Gordy (founder of Motown Records) told him he didn’t have the voice for rap. But did that stop him….hells no! It actually made him push even harder for what he wanted and now look where he is.

#SHAREHUMANITY was the theme of the night and the kick off to World Humanitarian Day
Humanitarian workers, media innovators, celebrity musicians and influencers, all came together to celebrate. What are they celebrating you might ask? Well for a few days leading up WHD, celebs and other influencers took to social media to donate their feeds to tell stories of humanitarian strength and to spread awareness of #SHAREHUMANITY.
World Humanitarian Day falls on 19 August, the day when, in 2003, 22 aid workers were killed in a bombing at the UN headquarters in Baghdad. It’s a day to pay tribute to all people affected by humanitarian crises and those who lost their lives in service and to celebrate the spirit that inspires humanitarian work around the world.
This is more important now than ever. We should all have a greater sense of responsibility and develop a sense of global community. Hopefully WHD will inspire action so we can stand in solidarity against conflict, torture, disease, famine, suffering and the poor leadership that often turns a blind eye.

We attended a breakfast event in Arizona + Molly Ringwald hosted the event…so…ipso facto we’re now in The Breakfast Club with the 80’s pop princess!
We sat down with her at the 2015 Mom 2.0 Summit where she shared her Dove #BeautyStory and how for her it all stemmed from confidence within. It starts with having a real strong interior life…not just what’s on the outside. So she turned to creativity to get her through her awkward teenage years. And being a mom this is something she tries to pass along to her own children.

Another monumental moment for us at LifeMinute! Getting to hang out with Jules and Katie from The Ting Tings for an hour, chatting about Studio 54, dressing like a toddler and how not getting drunk before going on stage is really working out better than they thought.
And if you’re asking yourself…who are these people?? Maybe the band name isn’t ringing any bells but their hits, “That’s Not My Name” and “Shut Up and Let Me Go” should definitely resonate. Did I just get you back? Good!
Their new album Super Critical is a different vibe than what we’re used to hearing from this pop-duo…more of an American late 70s, early 80s disco funk thing going on. Something straight out of Studio 54, it’s super fun and addicting.
Also addicting…their delicious British accents…take a listen for yourself and check out the full interview. lifeminute.tv/music/video/ibiza-usa-ting-tings-do-it-again
My favorite part was when Katie described her personal style as “dressing like a toddler.” Which I guess is true but she pulls it off with ease in a leather romper, lace top, sparkles in her hair, black tights and converse sneakers. LOVE!
It’s no secret that actress Sophia Bush from Chicago PD is one of those natural beauties….even People magazine seems to think so and named her one of the World’s Most Beautiful Women in their latest issue. So it shouldn’t be a surprise to hear she decided to do her photo shoot for the mag WITHOUT MAKEUP!!
We heard all about it when she stopped by our west coast studio. Sophia shared that it’s liberating to not have any makeup on and she actually doesn’t where a lot of makeup in her everyday life. As long as you can rock a bright, white smile…then you’re pretty much always good to go.
Her secret weapon is a Philips Sonicare toothbrush. She got hooked on it years ago when her dentist recommended it and has been obsessed with everything Sonicare ever since. Of course it works!! Just look at those pearly whites.
She also just tried out their Philips Zoom treatment which is only a 45 minute visit to the dentist and when you come out, your teeth are up to eight shades whiter. Just 45 minutes??!! Amazing!
