We are with the HILARIOUS Jane Lynch as she hits the streets of New York City this morning to turn us and unexpectant passersby on “to the virtue”of belVita Breakfast Biscuits.
First stop, Columbus Circle where she schooled us on the importance of breakfast and handed out the biscuit that gets this Broadway star through her busy days to the public.
Then it was off to Central Park, where the Glee star channeled her character, Sue Sylvester, ambushing an exercise group, dropping down in planks and cracking jokes.

Over the weekend we hit the west coast for the Mom 2.0 Summit in Laguna Beach, California. It was all about moms talking life, work, and inspiration at the 5th annual conference where we got to chat with new mama Lisa Ling. She recently joined forces with Dove’s® Self-Esteem Project and was at the weekend-long event to launch their “Let’s Make Girls Unstoppable” campaign encouraging positive self-esteem amongst girls.
The host of Our America had some startling statistics to share with us….
We learned six in ten girls stop doing their favorite things because they feel bad about what they look like.
Dove’s® commitment to change this is what drew the mother of baby girl Jett to partner with the brand. “I think about my own daughter. And I’m going to try to do everything in my power to instill beauty and confidence in her,” she said.

The results are in! Sex improves as you get older, according to 57 percent polled in Allure Magazine’s first-ever national Aging Survey…1,000 men and 1,000 women…to find out how Americans really feel about physical signs of aging. But that’s not all we learned.
Turns out we’re pretty concerned about the effects aging has on appearance. In fact, out of those surveyed the ideal age they wished they could feel and look is 31!
What else? 42 percent of women would consider anti-aging injections or plastic surgery where only 18 percent of men would.
And when Allure asked people what they fear more about aging…dying or looking old…the largest response was that they fear neither. Looks like we get wiser as we age!
