Once again SELF Magazine’s Healthy Food Awards proves to us that eating healthy does not have to be a sacrifice. How do we know? For starters, our mouths were watering when SELF’s features director, Carin Gorrell stopped by and gave us a sneak peek (and taste!) of some of the winners chosen by SELF readers.
So what foods do we speak of?
