Jim Carrey, Aretha Franklin and Fran Drescher were just a few of the celebs to hit the carpet for the TV Land Awards, held at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York.
Cast members from the small screen were on hand to honor shows like, In Living Color, One Day at a Time, and Murphy Brown.
Charles Kimbrough, who played anchorman, Jim Dial on hit show, Murphy Brown, was nostalgic, “When something like this happens…I’m reminded again of how powerful the show was,” he said.
