A lot of us struggle with finding the right nutritional balance in our daily lives– what can we do to get on track to a healthier lifestyle?
BT: Spring is here…so, this this is the perfect time for people to make healthy lifestyle changes.
That said, it can be hard to figure out where to begin, there is a lot of uncertainty that exists out there about what constitutes healthy nutrition, and it can be a bit overwhelming.
The supplement aisle in the grocery store alone can be a blur to many people due to the abundance of options available!
Well, fret no more, because now there’s a new and easy online tool that can help with that confusion.
The makers of Centrum® just launched a great website called nutritionpossible.com which offers information to help make confident supplement and lifestyle choices.
And the great part is that it’s free to use!
One of my favorite parts about the site is the online assessment tool, which gives personalized recommendations based on your current dietary intake and lifestyle, so it’s catered to your specific nutritional needs.
This tool is useful because it identifies key areas in your diet that may need improving. It also helps alleviate that confusion you may have when selecting the right supplements for your lifestyle, by providing options that are personalized for you.
Besides that, you’ll also find nutrition commentary from top professionals in the field, and the opportunity to engage with other visitors on the site.
I’m a big fan of nutritionpossible.com because it really aims to make nutrition information easy to access and understand. I strongly encourage you to take your assessment online, and see for yourself!
Other things you can do –make healthy choices when it comes to eating, eat a balanced diet of and don't skip breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day.
Also, always keep yourself hydrated, drink plenty of water…at least 8 - 8oz glasses is what’s recommended.
