If you're a new mom, then you know how overwhelming it can be to shop for baby supplies. The choices are endless and overwhelming. Polly Blitzer has a been a beauty editor for over 15 years and is now a mom of twin toddlers--she knows a thing our two about taking care of herself and her babies. Here are two must-haves she recommends to all new moms--and they come with some extra perks that make them even more enticing to try.

Her Pick: Cetaphil Baby

From the number one dermatologist-recommended brand of facial cleansers, Cetaphil has just launched Cetaphil Baby, a new babycare collection that includes everything from shampoo and body wash to moisturizers and diaper cream. "It's a really incredible line that is free of parabens and mineral oil. It's hypoallergenic and formulated with organic calendula extract," she says.

Her Pick: Rainbow Light Prenatal Vitamins

"When I was pregnant, I was told to get a prenatal vitamin with calcium or folate. It was so overwhelming because everything said they had that," shares Blitzer. "Then I found out that some supplements have fillers, artificial ingredients and are formulated in ways where you wouldn't want to put that stuff in your body, especially when you're growing a baby," she says. So what's her prenatal vitamin pick? "The number one top-selling natural prenatal vitamin brand is Rainbow Light. They're vegan, gluten-free, and have natural ingredients. It's everything that you would want to give a developing baby and also take care of yourself," she explains. There are several different varieties to choose from. "If you don't want tablet form, it also comes in gummy version, so you can eat them throughout the day as if you're trick-or-treating at Halloween, but it's actually a sugar-free, no synthetic sugar, no dyes form of a gummy. They also have one with ginger extract to stave off morning sickness," she says.
