This summer has something for everyone when it comes to flicks: from superheroes and spies to animated monsters, romantic comedies and more. Here's what hits theaters this July...

Ant-Man and The Wasp
In the latest from Marvel, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) struggles to balance life as a father and life as a superhero, Ant-Man. He is called to action when Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) present him with a new mission, requiring him to team up with van Dyne as the Wasp. In theaters now.


Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far on Foot
This comedy-drama follows the story of alcoholic John Callahan (Joaquin Phoenix) who becomes a quadriplegic after crashing his car while driving drunk. Encouraged by his girlfriend (Rooney Mara) and a sponsor (Jonah Hill) he is forced to do the last thing he wants to do, get sober. He enters a treatment program where he unexpectedly gets a new lease on life, while discovering his talent as a cartoonist. See it in theaters July 13th.

Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation
The monsters are back for the third installment of the animated movie starring Drac. This time the vampire sets sail on a luxury monster cruise ship to take a summer vacation from providing everyone else's vacation at the hotel. Things are going swimmingly for all the monsters onboard until Drac falls for the captain of the ship, Erica, whose secret and sinister intentions could sink all of monster kind. In theaters July 13.

Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again
The musical romantic comedy returns with singing, dancing and ABBA songs, however this time around instead of planning for a wedding, Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) is planning for a baby. She seeks guidance for motherhood as she finds out more about her mother's past. Meryl Streep reprises her role as mother Donna, while Lily James makes her movie debut, taking on the role of young Donna. Sophie's "fathers" Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Stellan Skarsgrd are also back for the sequel and Cher joins the cast as Sophie's grandmother. In theaters July 20.


Mission: Impossible - Fallout
The action-packed film series, now more than 20 years old, rolls out its sixth installment starring Tom Cruise as IMPOSSIBLE MISSIONS FORCE AGENT, Ethan Hunt. This time, Hunt and his IMF team deal with the fallout of a mission gone wrong, the consequences of which could put the whole world in peril. In theaters July 27th.

Blindspotting
Real life friends, Daveed Diggs and Rafael Casal co-wrote and star in this timely story of race and police brutality taking place in their hometown of Oakland, CA. The story follows Collin (Diggs) who with only three days left of his probation, witnesses a police shooting that could jeopardize everything. The film originally screened at the 2018 Sundance Film Fest and premieres in theaters July 27th.
