Summer is upon us, and Star Magazine’s Tara Kraft has the scoop on the hottest tips, tricks, and must haves to get us beach-body gorgeous from head to toe!

So Tara how do we get beach-body ready skin for summer?

Speaking of sweat…a tip…especially in the summer months--- it's good to wash hair every day to keep it healthy and clean….60 % of women in the us don’t wash daily, it's good to use a shampoo and conditioner formulated specifically for your hair structure, such as the frizzy to smooth ones for medium -thick hair like these from Pantene does wonders for summer hair and controlling frizz.
