It’s Halloween, and these celebrities went all out in the costume department to celebrate.
Some stars created iconic movie characters such as the Foo Fighters as the cast of The Wizard of Oz; Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian as Beetlejuice and Lydia Deetz; Kelsea Ballerini as pink cowgirl Barbie; Khalid as Neo from The Matrix; and Hailey and Justin Bieber as The Flintstones’ Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm.
Music legends were also a hot pick to be. Lizzo took on Tina Turner; Victoria Justice turned back time as the 1989 version of Cher; and Paris Hilton rocked both Britney Spears and Katy Perry looks.
