Frederick Anderson goes global for his Spring/Summer 2025 collection showcased at DiMenna Center at the Baryshnikov Arts Center during New York Fashion Week. The seasoned designer evoked the spirit of Northern Africa in the line he deems “My Africa.”

“With all of this intolerance in the world, I think we need to start looking outside of ourselves and experience some other cultures and bring some of that back to America,” he told us backstage. "I call it African American because of its African culture mixed with American lifestyle.”

The collection proves to be ultra-glamorous as always, with lace, sparkle, and, of course, animal prints for the chicest safari you’ve ever experienced. Model and friend of the designer, Carol Alt, was there for the fun-themed designs.
