Don't Break the Bank on Fashion
When it comes to style Elaine commends H&M. "From the top trends to traditional staples they've really got it covered," she says. Denim is a must have for everyone this season and they have every wash and fit you could imagine such as super skinny to more relaxed. The prices range from $9.95 to $49.95. The brand is teaming up with Fashion Delivers for the "Wear denim. Share denim" campaign, so for every denim purchased, H&M will donate one to someone in need in the U.S.
The trends? "For girls it's all about a feminine meets masculine kind of look," says Elaine. Try a biker jacket paired with a printed dress all for under $100. For for the guys the classic silhouette collides with sporty details and to pull off the look Elaine loves a plaid button down over a graphic t-shirt layered with a jacket or hoodie. And don't forget the accessories, H&M has a ton The best part is you can get 15% off your purchase at check out if you show a valid student or teacher ID.
Dorm Decor
Elaine's go to destination for the dorm is Bed Bath and Beyond. "They have a free service called the Pack and Hold service where students can shop for all the things for their dorm room needs and essentials at a store by their house and then have everything ready to be picked up at a store near their campus," she says.
The bed is the most key point of the room so that is why Elaine loves the Kenzie dorm kit. It comes with a reversible comforter to really liven up the space. "It's everything you need to create a stylish bed away from home all packed into one reusable storage bag," she says. Another great dorm room find is the cool 360 electrical power curve surge protector to charge all your electronics safely with 360 degree rotating electric sockets to fit all types of plugs and USB outlets.

Everyone wants to feel and look their best for the first day. Elaine says a great place to start is with clear skin. She says a must have is Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment. "It's got salicylic acid that immediately clears pimples by dissolving oil and penetrates the pores without drying skin and it's even been shown to reduce pimples in four hours," she says.

It dries clear so you can put it on during the day or under makeup without anyone noticing. Pick it up at Walmart or just $7 and check out Clean & Clear's campaign to empower teens called "See the real me" at cleanandclear.com or join the social movement by using #seetherealme.
