Tune in as style expert Rachel Zalis answers the top three beauty questions women are asking this summer.
Q: How do you improve hair loss or thinning as a woman?
A: If you are one of those one in three women who are experiencing hair loss or hair thinning, Rogaine has an amazing product, Women's Rogaine Foam. This is the first and only FDA-approved once-daily scalp treatment with 5% Minoxodil, which is clinically proven to increase hair growth by about 25%, with 48% more thickness. As women, thickness and the volume really help shed those years. And Women's Rogaine Foam is safe to use with other styling products and with color treated hair.
Q: What can you do to get--and keep--great skin this summer?
Of course you want to think about exfoliating, moisturizing and using SPF. But what you really want this summer is a great tan! Jergens has an amazing collection called Natural Glow--there's something for everyone, whether you want something lighter or deeper.
If you want something a little more subtle and gradual you can use their Everyday Moisturizer. It goes on very easy and builds over the days that you use it. But if you want something that's same-day, more transformative, try Instant Sun. It's a mousse, it goes on instantly and evenly, no streaks, and it dries in about sixty seconds. In the Natural Glow collection there's also a primer and a tan extender.
Q: How do I get the prettiest nails possible?
A: Don't forget that hands are a huge indicator of age. So you really want to draw attention towards the nails and make them pop with great colors. CND has an incredible collection called The Flirtation Collection which includes eight Vinylux shades. You don't need a base coat, it dries within eight and a half minutes and it's chip-resistant for about seven days. And the durability of the polish increases with exposure to the natural light.
All right, those are your beauty tips for the summer. Have a great one!
