Joie's chocolaty palette of buttery leathers and rich suedes made for a delicious fireside fashion show dominated by layered knits and loose, long dresses. Color Stylist Katie Jane Hughes explains, "The inspiration for the collection is a 70s Bohemian kind of vibe."
That vibe extended to flowing silken maxi dresses, cozy shearling coats, belted cardigans, and the occasional pop of red to break up the neutrals. More fitted separates made an appearance in delicate 70s inspired patterns, while high cut skirts were paired with over-the-knee suede boots in black and brown.
The look for the hair was naturally loose and long. And for the makeup... "I wanted the eyes to be extremely natural and almost warm a little bit. The lashes were kept extremely simple; we didn't want any product to be on the lashes whatsoever. And then on the cheeks, I used a really pretty shade, which is called Ruby Murray. And then the lips, that perfect berry stain. Fashionably French and chic."
