With the holidays fast approaching, there’s no better time to give your home a little extra attention. Whether you’re hosting a houseful of guests or simply looking to refresh your space, a few thoughtful upgrades can make a big difference. LifeMinute’s Lifestyle Editor, Joann Butler shares three innovative ways to bring style, comfort, and functionality into the rooms you use most.

Starting in the heart of the home, the kitchen, luxury appliance brand SKS offers its 36-inch integrated column refrigerator and freezer, designed with entertaining in mind. The spacious refrigerator features a seven-inch LCD touchscreen and AI Fresh technology that learns household patterns, helping personalize food storage and anticipate restocking needs. Premium interior lighting makes ingredients easy to find, while multiple finishes, including a panel-ready option, allow the appliances to blend seamlessly into custom cabinetry. The coordinating freezer features a dual ice maker that produces slow-melting spherical craft ice, perfect for serving up festive cocktails.

Next, bring a little spa-like luxury into the bathroom with TOTO. The elegant Aurora WASHLET+ S7A one-piece toilet combines sculptural design with thoughtful features, including a heated seat, warm-water cleansing, warm-air drying, and an automatic lid that opens and closes for guests. TOTO’s INTEGRAVITY flushing system also delivers powerful, water-efficient performance. For those who aren’t ready to replace their existing toilet, the award-winning WASHLET S5 bidet seat offers many of the same comforts, including customizable cleansing, continuous warm water, and a convenient wireless remote.

Finally, elevate your kitchen or bathroom with ĒCLOS by Cosentino, an innovative surfacing collection that combines high recycled content with beautiful three-dimensional veining. Designed for busy households, the surfaces offer heat resistance up to 420 degrees, impact resistance, and easy maintenance. Six new colors include Tajnar, a soft beige with delicate veining; Landr, featuring subtle golden accents; and Wondr, with flowing gray and blue veins against a white background. The collection is available at The Home Depot.

From smarter appliances to luxurious everyday comforts and durable, design-forward surfaces, these upgrades can help create a beautiful, welcoming home that’s ready for holiday guests and enjoyable all year long.

Hi guys. Joann Butler here. Holiday entertaining is right around the corner. So we're talking a little home renovating.

Let's start with the room all the guests congregate in the kitchen. This is the 36 inch integrated column refrigerator and freezer from a luxury appliance brand, SKS. Just an entertainer's dream here. Such amazing space.

It's huge. Plus a seven inch LCD touch screen. That's super intuitive. It's eye fresh technology.

Actually learns your household patterns from when you need to restock to personalizing how you like to keep your food cold. It also has premium lighting that makes it easy to see literally every ingredient that's in there. Plus, you'll love the different design finishes. There's a pro style and a transitional series, and even a panel ready option that lets the appliances just blend into your cabinetry so everything is seamless in your high end custom kitchen.

Then the column freezer. This anticipates your needs and adjust its output to help ensure you have the right amount of ice at all times. Whether you're having a huge party or just everyday drinks. It has a dual icemaker system that produces slow melting spherical craft ice that helps preserve the flavor and the integrity of premium cocktails.

So just the best for holiday entertaining. Now let's head to a room every holiday guest will visit for sure... the bathroom. Two extraordinary pieces here from Toto to bring luxury and comfort home. First, the stunning Aurora Washlet+ S7A one piece toilet.

This seamlessly integrates a toilet and a washlet into one beautifully streamlined design. Has graceful curves, a sculptured silhouette, just a beautiful piece of artwork, but its beauty is more than skin deep. You also get the pleasure of a warm, heated seat, soothing warm water cleansing and gentle, warm air drying. Behind all the elegance Toto's innovative integravity system delivers powerful, water efficient flushing, which keeps the bowl exceptionally clean too.

And look at this Aurora's lid opens and closes automatically to greet guests and then closes when they leave. Talk about impressive. Now, if you already love your toilet, you can just get a bidet seat. This is Toto's award winning Washlet S5.

This adds spa like comfort without replacing the toilet. This also has a beautiful, sleek design. It comes with a wireless remote that puts personalized cleansing right at your fingertips. An instantaneous water heating that gives you continuous warm water cleansing.

So this is really everyday luxury you'll enjoy long after the holidays. Now, last but not least, let's talk countertops. This is ECLOS by Cosentino, the global leader in sustainable surfacing. It's an entirely new product category with a hyper realistic integrated design, high recycled content, just the most beautiful three dimensional veining here.

All of these things let you create beautiful functional spaces, which is so key. It withstands superior heat so direct contact with hot cookware up to 420 degrees. It's impact resistant, so super ideal for high traffic indoor areas like the kitchen and the bath. The best part?

It's low maintenance and easy to clean. Six beautiful all new colors, Tajnar which is a soft light beige and has feathery veins. Landr which has layers of golden veining and Wondr, which has gray and blue veining on white. You can find a huge selection of Cosentino and ECLOS of course, at your local Home Depot.

So super easy to find. And there you have it. Happy home renovating.
