They call it “The New American Home,” a model showroom that showcases the most innovative style and technology trends in modern home design. The custom-built home displayed again this year from Henderson, Nevada for the International Builders' Show (IBS). The message for 2025 is more levels, more openness, and even more of the latest in smart home innovations. The centerpiece of the main cooking area --- luxury appliance brand SKS 48-inch Gas Pro Range with six gas burners and a griddle for gourmet style results – fast. As consumer demand for energy efficiency grows, the smarter these appliances get.
