Multi-platinum recording artist Andy Grammer has been inspiring artists for years with his chart-topping tracks like “Keep Your Head Up” and “Honey, I’m Good.” A lot has happened in his life since he visited the LifeMinute studios back in 2014. We caught up with him from his home studio in LA this week to hear all about it.
The talented songwriter has two new songs. “Close to You” featuring R3HAB came out this spring, and the new track “Lease on Life” will kick off his 5th studio album and be released June 28. His latest partnership with Chewy is inviting fans to help him write the hottest new song of the summer, their Chewy Camp Track. You can submit your original lyrics on ChewyCampTrack.com until June 30. For each lyrical submission entered online by an eligible participant, the Quaker Chewy Play Fund will donate $1, up to $200,000 (minimum donation $50,000), to support the American Camp Association and the Send a Child to Camp Fund.
The husband and father of two little girls has tons to smile about, but we had to ask him how he stays so positive through the tough times. He told us to not just smile through pain but do the work to better ourselves. He goes deeper into his personal story and those of others in his podcast The Good Parts, a series that digs into the philosophies, successes, failures, and spiritual experiences of other entertainers.
