Monday blues? Stop them in their tracks by planning ahead with five super smart, expert-approved tips.

Tip 1: Outfit Organization

"I always start week by planning my outfits," says Lifestyle Expert Lilliana Vazquez. "I take photos on Sunday, put those outfits in my closet and that way when I wake up in the morning I know exactly what I am going to wear on that day."

Tip 2: Get Moving

Also make sure get in a workout before leave the house. Put in a minimum amount of time for maximum results--even ten minutes of yoga workout it gives a great boost of energy.

Tip 3: Don't Skip Breakfast

Try to eat something before you leave the house, even if as small as a little yogurt or banana or avocado toast. "Adding that nutrition in the morning is essential for feeling good throughout the day," she says.

Tip 4: Survival Kit Basics

Also have a survival kit which contains everything you need to tackle whatever life throws at you: A planner, a backup battery, and a beauty bag. Women always ask what goes in that beauty bag? "For me it's mini versions of all of my favorite makeup products. I also keep Carefree liners. As you know women are planners, but as much as we plan life is totally unpredictable," says Vazquez.

Carefree is encouraging women to open up about all those little surprises that life may throw your way, so they are encouraging women to arm themselves with liners. They're so thin that you don't even know you're wearing them.

Tip 5: Multitasking 101

It's also really important to look for multi-tasking beauty products to put in that bag, like a cheek tint you can also wear on your lips, a highlighter you can also wear on your eyes. Dry shampoo is also one of those products that goes in my essential kit. You spray it on your hair and it refreshes your look throughout the day and it might even allow you to skip a wash or two.

Tip 6: Quench Your Thirst

Last, always carry a water bottle. Water is the oldest beauty tip in the book, but the reason it's still around is that works. If you can drink half of your body weight in fluid ounces of water before lunchtime you are well on your way to better looking hair, better looking nails and great skin.
