Kybella is deoxycholic acid, a natural fat-dissolving acid. Doctors can now inject it underneath the chin where it dissolves fat over a few weeks. Results are permanent. "Typically the treatments take 15-20 minutes and patients can go right back to work. Sometimes we do 1-3 treatments over 4-6 weeks," he says.

Protecting your skin from the sun is the best way to have it keep it looking youthful. " I recommend that my patients stay underneath an umbrella, wear a hat, and use SPF over 30," says the doctor.
