Legend says you want to prep the skin and keep it hydrated. "The best way to do this is by delicately massaging moisturizer into your skin with a brush instead of rubbing it on your face with your hand."
To highlight the cheekbones use concealer a shade or two shades lighter than your normal color and apply it over your highpoints. You can also use highlighting to slim out the nose and make the eyes pop a little bit more. Next add definition with some low lighting to create a deeper cut cheek.
Legend says to introduce a little matte color somewhere. Take a little bit of a pink blush and apply it by gently touching the cheek with your brush.
"You almost want the hair of your brows to look like the hair of your roots," says the makeup guru. So fill in the color where needed so that brows look a bit fuller.
Choose a great volumizing mascara, and, rather than just sweeping the lash, you want to get it at the root right where the hair meets the skin. "If you get product deposited right there it gives the illusion of having a thicker lash line and also makes the eyes look a little bit wider," says Legend.
Bonus Lip Tip: Choose a color close to your natural lip tone. To keep with the dewy complexion add a little bit of gloss.
