How can you be the most confident you? Tonya Reiman, body language expert shares tips on how to put your best self forward.

The first thing you want to do is wake up with a positive attitude and get ready to set the tone for the day. Tonya usually tells people, "In order to do that they have to first feel good about themselves and the best way is feeling good is in their own skin." She suggests moisturizing every day with Jergen's daily moisture. Not only does it nourish your body and moisturize for 24 hours but you can visibly see the difference in your skin. Once you've done that you've set the tone for the day. In addition to that pick out a great outfit, one that is really going to show off your mood.

Next, build rapport with everyone you meet, it's about negotiating relationships all day long. Walking with a positive gate, strong functional movements, good eye contact when you have conversations, smile at people, make them feel important. When you do that, your credibility goes up and it helps you build rapport with that person that much easier.

Tonya also says, "Using your voice in a certain way can help someone feel better about themselves and it can make you look like the dominant person in an interaction." So when talking to someone you want to make sure that you leave out all the "ahs" "ers" and "ums", no pauses other than pregnant pauses. It lets people know, "I'm comfortable in my own way that I'm comfortable with silence. I feel good about our relationship and I feel good about our interaction."
