Between the dry heat indoors and the freezing temperatures outside, your skin is probably begging for relief. 

Some tips:


Hydrate with plenty of water, at least half your body weight in ounces. Use a humidifier at night while you sleep  to lock in moisture as your skin replenishes itself overnight.
