The actress announced the birth of her third daughter, Townes Meadow Bair on Instagram, writing “I have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic.” This is the couple’s third child together and Duff’s fourth, sharing her oldest with ex-husband Mike Comrie.
TikTok files lawsuit against federal government claiming ban violates First Amendment
The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday citing restrictions on free speech. The bill to ban the social media app was signed by the President on April 24, allowing owner ByteDance just under a year to sell the app. However, the newly implemented legal action could delay a ban until legal proceedings are resolved.
Grease actress Susan Buckner dies at 72
Buckner was best known for playing the role of Patty Simcox in the 1978 film, but also starred in other movies and television shows such as Deadly Blessing, The Brady Bunch Hour, and The Amazing Howard Hughes. The actress passed away on Thursday, May 2 according to her publicist.
