Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are Engaged

The 24-year old singer proposed to the 21-year old model in the Bahamas. They have yet to comment on their engagement, however Hailey's famous father, Stephen Baldwin took to Twitter to express his excitement in a since deleted tweet.
