Tiffany Haddish on Health and Happiness
The actress speaks out about her life and her latest ventures, including giving back to her hometown community

Emmy-Award-winning actress, author, and comedian Tiffany Haddish has a lot to be happy about these days. A newfound healthy lifestyle, thriving career, another book in the works, and we can’t forget her famous boo Common. We caught up with Haddish at her latest venture, giving back to her hometown of LA by supporting a project that’s near and dear to her heart.
So what are her “Tiff Tips” for getting physically and mentally healthy? Haddish is a firm believer that when you have a healthy body, it strengthens your mind. She likes to take a multi-vitamin every day and incorporate fresh fruit into her diet, of which her personal favorite is plums. As for happiness, Haddish finds it in the little things, and of course, in giving back.
She teamed up with vitafusion™ and the Fruit Tree Project to plant fruit trees at the Pico Union Project in LA for the local community. The vitafusion™ Fruit Tree Project also donated an additional 30 fruit trees. Since 2017, they have planted over 200,000 fruit trees across the world with a mission to deliver delicious nutrition accessible to underserved communities.
The star is also staying busy with several projects, including a new TV show Friday Night Vibes, a new movie, The Card Counter, in theaters in September, and she's working on another book. Haddish is also making music, gardening, and working on her relationship with her famous boyfriend, Common. She said the pair are doing very well. “We’re enjoying each other's company, learning a lot from each other, and growing,” says Haddish.
