3 cups of popped popcorn kernels
2 teaspoons unsalted butter melted
1 tablespoon of your favorite buffalo wing sauce
½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon cheddar cheese powder
½ garlic powder (optional)
-Pour the popcorn into a large container with a lid.
-Stir the buffalo sauce into the melted butter.
-Drizzle the mixture over the popped corn, then sprinkle on the salt, powdered cheese, and garlic powder (optional).
-Place the lid on the container and shake vigorously to evenly coat the popcorn.
½ cup popcorn kernels
¼ cup truffle oil
1 tablespoon plus ½ teaspoon fresh minced rosemary
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ teaspoon sea salt
-Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
-After the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and 1 tablespoon of rosemary, then shake the pot to gently toss the kernels until they are all coated with oil.
-Cover with a splatter screen or a lid that is placed slightly ajar to allow the steam to escape.
-Cook until the popcorn popping frequency slows to several seconds between pops.
-Remove from heat, allow a minute or two for any final pops, then pour into a large bowl.
-In a small saucepan, combine the butter and remaining ½ teaspoon of rosemary. Melt the butter mixture over medium heat.
-Drizzle over the popcorn and season with salt, tossing occasionally.

1 cup brown sugar
¾ teaspoon cinnamon

-Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium microwave-safe bowl (at least 2-quart size). Mix well.

-Remove from microwave, then pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and stir well to coat.
-Put in a large bowl and drizzle icing mixture over popcorn and top with chopped nuts.
