Riesling – goes well with fish, Asian dishes and salty cheeses such as feta and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Chardonnay – great with most kinds of seafood as well as chicken and polenta. Try it with semi-hard cheeses such as cheddar.
Sauvignon Blanc – perfect as a light pairing with chicken, turkey, lobster, crab, and soft cheeses such as goat.
Pinot Grigio – complements antipasto, especially seafood and vegetable-based, as well as light pasta sauces. Pairs well with sweet, soft, and mild cheeses such as brie.
White Zinfandel – goes well with pasta dishes with cream-based sauces, pork, bacon, and pancetta, as well as most sweet desserts and rich cheeses, such as parmesan.
