Perfect Holiday Sips: The Peppermint Martini

Kick off the holiday season with a festive take on the classic cocktail

Nothing says holiday like a peppermint martini, and it’s super easy to make. Here’s how to put together this perfect festive cocktail. 

Ingredients:
4 ounces of white chocolate liquor (at LifeMinute, we used Godiva)
2 ½ ounces of vanilla vodka 
1 ½ ounces of peppermint schnapps
Some candy canes for garnish

Instructions:
-Fill your cocktail shaker halfway full ice 
-Pour in the chocolate liquor, vanilla vodka, and peppermint schnapps
-Shake it up 

For the Candy Cane Rim:
-Put candy canes in plastic bag and roll them with a rolling pin to crush 
-Spread them onto a plate, making sure they are evenly spread
-Take your martini glass and wet the rim 
-Spin the edges of the glass in crushed candy canes to coat the rim
