It was a clash of dueling fashion at Andrew Gn's self-described "diversified" Fall 2014 runway show at Paris Fashion Week.
From sophisticated sheer eveningwear to casual sweaters paired with shorts, the collection spanned a broad range, appealing to an array of styles.
"He totally understands the mood and spirit of the season," said Glenda Bailey, Editor-in-Chief, Harper's Bazaar, "His craftsmanship is really exquisite, and even when he is putting robots on sweaters, it still looks really elegant, which is a great achievement."
The "elegant robots" are an obsession of Gn's that popped up on several sweaters in his latest line deemed the "Good Robot" collection.
"I've been collecting vintage robots from Japan for many years," explains Gn, "The robots are really, for me, the Samurai of today or Samurais of the future...the robots have to be our friends."
We're both a friend and a fan of the futuristic fashion.
