Charlotte Ronson Fall 2013, So Sixties
Shiny, happy people -- that's the vibe at Charolotte Ronson's Fall 2013 fashion show where floral prints keep black from feeling bleek.
"Well, this season I was inspired by my British heritage so with a little bit of a 60s just kind of playing around with masculine feminine," says Ronson.
Ronson gives winter a woodsy spin with colors like forest green. But the aesthetic keeps from being too girly thanks to menswear notes like loose sweaters and tailored blazers.
"It's a little different each season but she has that 60s flower child undertone to it and I think she executes that idea really well," says actress, Holland Roden.
Blue pairs really well with her go to green and purple is also strong.
The hippies influencing Ronson's clothes are not the barefoot type. Her models sport strong booties in black and camel suede ... not for tip toeing through the tulips.
"The fabrics, it was all about more textured fabrics and just pairing different fabrications together," says Ronson.
The mix is strong. Actress, Holland Roden, is sold on the sixties!
"I loved the three quarter, length cut out with the black mesh, sweetheart .. I'm like .. right now!" says Roden.
