Pamella Roland raptures the crowd with red-carpet ready gowns and raincoats!

From the LifeMInute team

If Pamella Roland were hosting a spring cocktail party she'd serve you a classic refreshing drink with a twist.

"Springs always ... you always have to have color ... but what I did this time is we put some greys in there to make it a little unusual," says Roland.

A color block number in pink, orange and the go-to grey is the perfect example. And when it rains surprises ... it pours.

"I had to show raincoats! People don't make them anymore!" marvels Roland.

So she does -- in shiny skins and see-through styles. But whether it's the nod to neutral or mother nature, she's true to her statement dresses. One fabulous, flowy melon chiffon piece and a draped-shoulder frock are sure to pop-up at a movie premiere.

"Pamela's designs are red carpet ready when they walk out. That's why you are beginning to see huge stars from Angelina Jolie on down wearing the gowns," says makeup artist Jay Manuel.

Staple black and whites .. this year with glitzy embellishments .. are part of the mix.

"Classic black and white .. that hollywood glamour that she loves and does so well. Pamela is all about the red carpet. Dressing people for that special occasion. And we're going to see a lot of that tonight/today ... just looking amazing," swoons Nigel Barker.

But a powerful pink with white floral embroidery reminds us spring really is about having a party with some pigment!

"There's no fuss, no gimmicks , you put it on you feel comfortable and there's no extra hooks and eyes no extra panty girdles ... no extra Spanx. So, I think a Pamella Roland dress is comfortable anywhere." J Alexander Runway Coach.

Even more comfortable if you keep it from getting wet in one her breakout raincoats!
