The handsome New York native launched his line in 2010 with pieces he describes as "capturing a balance between masculine strength and feminine sensuality." Since then Kendall Jenner, Lea Michele and Nina Dobrev have been photographed in his hip, ultra-flattering designs.
"For spring I was really inspired by the juxtaposition of laid back country life and high-energy, fast paced city life, just kind of morphing it together. There's a series of digitized laces that we overset on romantic gingham. You know, just that kind of play push and pull.
My girl is fun and she's confident. Maybe her hair might be a little messed up and the makeup is one way and the clothes are another. Just that push and pull and the juxtaposition...it's about creating an energy."
Jonathan Simkhai, designer
"We used a very simple gel liner inside the waterline. And in that little inner 'v,' slightly up in there, so it looks like the liner goes all around."
Yadim, makeup artist
"The look we created is soft, feminine. It's got structure to it with the knot and the side part, but it also has freedom of movement. "

Known for formal evening wear with an emphasis on prom, the Austin, Texas resident debuted at NYFW in 2011 with Kendall Jenner and Carmen Dell'Orefice walking the runway. Off the runway, Hill has dressed a veritable who's who of young Hollywood including Bella Thorne, Selena Gomez and Carrie Underwood.
"She's lovely. I love her dresses. I love fun colors. I like to stand out, that's how I've always been. I just love all that kind of stuff."
Raini Rodriguez, actress
"We love seeing gorgeous creations by Sherri Hill. And seeing gorgeous ladies wearing them."
George Takei, actor
