Betty Who Joins LG Electronics and Amper Music to Make the Most Motivational Song Ever

The Australian pop star performed the song created using AI technology at the color run in LA

It was a colorful, happy and motivational place at the 5k color run in LA this week. Pop star Betty Who performed a first of its kind song to celebrate the day and encourage young people to go for their goals.

“I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the kind of music I want to make and how I want to make people feel,” the pop star told us, “and I think bringing people joy, motivating them, inspiring them is a huge part of what I want to do because I want to put more good back into the world.” 

We all know how music can inspire and motivate and LG put it to the test by using innovative artificial intelligence technology to create the most motivational song ever.  It’s called “Voices.”

“To identify the science behind motivational beats and chords, our artificial intelligence team and Amper Music analyzed hundreds of popular motivational songs and playlists to uncover the common sound components, such as tempo, melody and harmony,” said David VanderWaal, SVP, Marketing at LG Electronics.

Betty Who is thankful for the opportunity, “I’m really grateful to LG, they allowed me a lot of space to sort of experiment and really give what I wanted to give.”
