Tim McGraw Pumps Up the Heat at FDNY

The Grammy Award-winning artist teams up with Duracell to donate Quantum batteries to first responders nationwide

Country Music Star Tim McGraw joined Duracell to launch their new quantum battery - the world's most advanced alkaline - and support their donation of one million batteries to first responders across North America to power their life-saving equipment. First stop the FDNY!

"I think that first responders are one of the most important parts of our community," says the Grammy Award winner, "they're the first people on the scene when something bad happens and I just think it's something that goes unrecognized too much."

Mcgraw also lent his talent to host 'Quantum Heroes' a documentary style video series presented by Duracell.

"The video series is fantastic it tells these great stories of first responders, the heroes and the acts that they perform that save so many lives," says Tim.

Duracell Quantum is the brand's biggest innovation since the iconic coppertop. And, for the first time in fifty years, changed the color to red and copper to symbolize the products 'Quantum leap' in power.
