Monique Lhuillier's Spring 2013 fashion show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week was inspired by beautiful blue water and the colorful sea life that comes with it. 'I was in Turkey and I was on a boat and I was like that's it. I'm going to run with this water idea and then that turned into very fluid silhouettes, almost mermaid-like girls for evening,' Lhuillier told us.
