Here's how to get Sandra Bullock's sultry red carpet look

People Magazine's 2015 World's Most Beautiful Woman Sandra Bullock knows how to rock a red carpet. How can you rock the same glamorous smoky eyes and polished skin...?

Makeup Artist Sarah Lucero explains, "It's a slept-in, kind of worn-in rock and roll eye. It's easy to achieve, too, because it's applying a little more black under [the eye], and keeping your eyelashes really kind of bold and thick."

Another tip from Sarah? "You can really change the shape of your eye by strategically placing eyeliner more in the center of the lower [lash line], and then more mascara on top and on bottom."

As for the glowy look of Sandra's skin, Sarah says take it to the matte. "You know, this makeup is...clean, polished, but there's definitely more of a matte finish to this," says Sarah, "And then cheeks, more of that nude cream blush and same color then tapped on the lips. All nude, so there's not a lot of color-color, but the makeup, and black, and kind of nude -- it's all strategically placed."
