Fifth “Hunger Games” novel Sunrise on the Reaping to be released March of next year with film adaptation coming November 2026
The story will be set 24 years before the original 2008 novel, taking place during the 50th annual Hunger Games or the “Second Quarter Quell” as referenced in previous novels. This will be Collins’ fifth release of the series, the first since her 2020 best seller The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. Sunrise on the Reaping will be available to all readers on March 18, 2025 and will hit theaters November 20, 2026.

Prior to his departure from the show in 2019, Levine had served as a contestant vocal coach for 16 seasons and earned 3 total wins, the third most of any coach in the show’s history. He will be joined by Country star Kelsea Ballerini in her debut season, John Legend, and Michael Bublé.

Sister Act 2 cast reunites for 30th anniversary performance on The View
Whoopi Goldberg, Kathy Najimy, Sheryl Lee Ralph, and more came together to celebrate 30 years since the release of Sister Act 2. Goldberg led the cast of the 1993 film in full costume to perform the film’s classics “Joyful, Joyful,” and “Oh Happy Day.” The anniversary special also featured conversations between cast members reminiscing about their time on set and sharing behind the scenes memories with the audience.
