Erin Fetherston Spring 2015: In The Lime Light

Total garden party, all you need is a sangria with floating fruit to complete the experience

If Claudia Schiffer has a doppelgnger it's Erin Fetherston. This Fashion Week the designing blonde delivered looks that she or the ex-Guess girl could rock...citrus colors that make you want to lighten your hair and eat key lime pie.

"Erin's designs are very like a princess fantasy," says model Corey Kennedy.

Model or not -- shiny lime should be on your Want This List for spring. Even the men are inspired.

"She's really been able to just blend in elements from her roots to the new things she's doing it's incredible," says musician hubby, Gabe Saporta.

If Betsey Johnson threw the wedding -- Erin Fetherson provided the flower girls.

"I was inspired by the idea of a beautiful strolll through the garden. I was really inspired by flowers and botanicals and that translated into a lighthearted collection full of beautiful floral prints and rich fabrics and a collection with a real Dolce Vita spirit," said Fetherston.

Nature was indeed an influence .. au naturel skin bearing pieces hit the catwalk like cropped lace tanks. Not everything was soft though.

"The black and white was a big part of the statement," said the designer.

Get those gams toned for spring ... Fetherston saluted short shorts.

"I was really imagining girls' on vacation strolling through a beautiful vacation. I didn't want it to be overdone," said Fetherston.

It was a garden party that makes you want to hang on to summer style with a sangria & floating fruit.
