What else? Lots of '80's, loads of menswear, neutrals, grays and black!
Kate Lanphear, Senior Style Director, Elle says "Women are driving a lot of strength from what they're wearing so we're really seeing you know aggressiveness come back."
And no aggressive women is complete without a strong beauty statement...let's start at the top!
