Remember Jennifer Lopez at the Oscars with Ben Affleck in her mint green one shoulder number? Jenny Packham evokes that same 70's glam for fall 2014.
"Jenny always does evening wear in the most decadent bejeweled way and I think sweaters worn with beautiful long A-line skirts they were still sparkly but it just had a really laid back, young feel to it," says Louise Roe, Fashion Journalist.
Packham, of the U.K. has dressed many famous stars and the princess - Kate Middleton. Another famous face is the jumping off point for her latest collection.
"Her collection is inspired by Bianca Jagger and how she has this effortlessly eclectic style so we kind of wanted to translate that styling from her collection to the hair and makeup," says hair stylist Jeanie Syfu.
The jumpsuit stands strong in the fashion-packed line-up especially dripping in statement jewelry. Beaded dresses are big, feather coats lots of satin. Speaking of smooth...
"It's more about the skin texture rather than the color. There's no color apart from the lips really. When you see it out there the highlight kind of makes it become sort of three dimensional. There's a glossy eye and things like that," says makeup artist Talia Shobrook.
Onlookers are so inspired by the retro vibe and the colors .. reds and blues .. they're already placing orders.
"There was a cream full skirt with a kind of parsimony sweater top. I want it! I want it!" squeals Roe.
