For his fall 2023 collection, Frederick Anderson looked at the Renaissance era in Europe and used that influence to play with what the same period would look like today. We chatted with the designer backstage at his New York Fashion Week runway show on Wednesday. Taylor Momsen and Natasha Bedingfield sat front row and admired the period details of his designs including articulated sleeves, armor structured clothing, and lots of purple and gold.
