Scene: Herv Lger
Herv Lger introduced some fresh twists to his iconic bandage dress during this, the brand's thirtieth anniversary show: Fringe trims, sheer cut-out panels, metallic studs and floral prints added interest to the otherwise historically simple bodycon designs. Attendees approved.
"A Herv Lger dress always makes you feel incredibly sexy, feminine, strong. A Herv Lger dress is like a secret weapon for any woman."
Petra Nemcova, model
"The first part of the show is really about going forward. It's been 30 years of iconic style. We're doing nice jacquards, macram, beading, embroidery. The collection is really strong and powerful. It's exciting. And then the second part of the show we're doing a little retrospective on our 30 years and what we have accomplished."

Scene: Jill Stuart
Jill Stuart's shows are always star-studded and this season didn't disappoint as Zosia Mamet, Bella Thorne, Solange Knowles and Princess Beatrice showed their support. Stuart, who launched her line in 1988, has often cited the 1970's a major influence, and this collection followed suit.
"I'm a huge fan. She strikes a wonderful balance of creating something that's very chic and always timeless."
Zosia Mamet, actress
"I'm thinking about a girl that's very magnetic, vibrant. She's wearing satin. A flippy little bias-cut skirt, little satin midriffs." She's the 'it'girl. The makeup is really beautiful. There's beautiful pink shadow, blue shadow. And the hair is pulled back in a textured pony as if you just woke up in your ponytail."

"I love seeing all the new trends coming in. All the new styles that I'm going to be wearing."
