Looking to build your booty? Try the easy yet challenging move you can do laying on the floor.

How to do it
1.    Lay on your back and put your feet flat on the ground
2.    Lift up your hips while keeping feet on floor
3.    As you press up squeeze your glutes and keep your torso straight
4.    Hold the position for a few seconds then slowly lower to the ground and repeat

The Benefits
Often times the muscles on the back of the body are ignored. The glute bridge is the perfect low-impact exercise to work your glutes, hamstrings, lower back and even abs. It can ease your lower back pain, decrease knee pain and help you run faster and jump higher.

Variations
You can try one leg at a time by keeping one leg on the ground and one raised up to work each side more. You can add weight over your pelvis for an added challenge or a band around your thighs above your knees for more resistance. Or you can put your feet on a bench or other raised flat surface to get more extension.
