DIY Immune Wellness Shots      

A vitamin C punch, a sip of healthy greens, and a cold crusher

Cold and flu season is unfortunately upon us. Take your health into your own hands and try these health-packed shots to rev up your immune system.

Vitamin C Punch
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
¼ cup guava juice
1 teaspoon turmeric

Green Machine
Handful of spinach
Juice of 1 lemon
1 green apple, diced
½ cup wheatgrass, juiced (you can also blend it using a cup of water and strain)
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Cold Crusher
½ cup pomegranate juice
¼ cup elderberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
For all shots, combine ingredients in a blender and blend well. Use cheesecloth to remove pulp and pour into shot glasses. Cheers!
