Many protests have started around the country in response to the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. Hawk Newsome, the co-founder of Black Lives Matter of Greater New York, gathered in Times Square today, to present “The Blueprint” a list of 24 policies and reforms that BLM expects the state to incorporate within law enforcement.
