Spider-Man: No Way Home exclusively in theaters
Tom Holland is back as Spider-Man. No longer able to separate his normal life as Peter Parker from his superhero persona, he is unmasked. And Parker turns to Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) for help when foreigners from other worlds start to appear. The star-packed cast also includes Zendaya, Jamie Foxx, Willem Dafoe, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, and J.K. Simmons.
Nightmare Alley exclusively in theaters
Set in 1940s New York, Stanton Carlisle, played by Bradley Cooper, is down on his luck when he meets a mentalist and his clairvoyant wife. He soon learns they are using a code to appear psychic and sets out to learn it to con a dangerous tycoon with the help of a mysterious psychiatrist played by Cate Blanchett.
The Tender Bar in theaters December 17 and Prime Video on January 7
George Clooney directs the film based on the best-selling memoir of the same name by J.R. Moehringer. The story follows a fatherless boy (Tye Sheridan). Bartender Uncle Charlie (Ben Affleck) serves as one of his father figures as he grows through the years and pursues his dreams.
Swan Song in theaters and streaming on Apple TV+
Mahershala Ali portrays a loving husband and father forced to make an impossible decision when faced with a terminal illness. His doctor, played by Glenn Close, presents him with an alternative solution, to replace himself with a clone, to spare his family from grief.
The Lost Daughter streaming in theaters December 17 and streaming on Netflix December 31
Maggie Gyllenhaal wrote and directed this film. It follows a college professor (Olivia Colman) who confronts her unsettling past after meeting a woman (Dakota Johnson) and her young daughter while on vacation in Italy.
