What do Yoko Ono, The Flaming Lips, Tegan and Sara, The Fray, Cold War Kids, Colbie Caillat and Cake have in common? All are among the talented list of performers who joined forces at Brooklyn's Barclays Center for the latest installment of the Amnesty International Human Rights Concert series.

Amnesty International, the grassroots human rights organization that fights for "justice, freedom, truth and dignity," and is a Nobel Peace Prize recipient, kicked off its iconic concert series twenty-five years ago with a performance featuring rock royalty U2, Sting and Lou Reed.

This latest concert in the series saw Russian punk rockers Maria Alyokhina and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, now formerly of the band Pussy Riot, perform for the first time since being arrested and incarcerated for staging an anti-Putin protest outside a Moscow cathedral.

Madonna, Blondie, Imagine Dragons and Lauryn Hill also jammed out in support of the cause.
