Lizzo took home the award for Top Song Sales Artist. Billie Eilish won Top Female Artist and Top Billboard 200 Album. Post Malone scored both Top Male Artist and Top Artist.

Cher presented the Icon Award which she claimed in 2017 to Garth Brooks who she called a “true music legend and my friend.”
