Twisted Sister Release Iconic Song, Mariachi Style, for Cinco de Mayo

Twisted Sister make over their classic hit, "We're Not Gonna Take It" with a mariachi twist for Cinco de Mayo. All part of Hornitos' 2nd Annual Mariachi Mash Up.

Front man Dee Snider said, "It is definitely a unique spin on the original. We worked with some awesome mariachi musicians who brought their maracas, guitarrns, vihuelas, and trumpets to take the song's musical style to a whole new level. It's the perfect anthem for a Cinco celebration. In the spirit of Hornitos we can definitely say we went horns up on this one."

"The passion people have for "We're not gonna take it" still blows our minds! So we were pumped to be able to give people a new twist on it. Hopefully they'll fall in love with it all over again," said guitarist Jay Jay French.
