Colman Domingo roars into Oz as the Cowardly Lion in Wicked: For Good
The Oscar-nominated actor has officially joined the cast of Wicked: For Good as the voice of the Cowardly Lion. Revealed via a surprise social media video, Domingo’s casting adds even more anticipation to the sequel of the hit 2024 film. Though the role is expected to be brief, fans are thrilled to see him lend his voice to the iconic Oz character. The film, set to release November 21, continues the reimagined journey through Oz—this time with a grown version of the cub Elphaba once saved.

Netflix producing Kennedy family drama series
Netflix is set to explore the rise of America’s most iconic political dynasty with Kennedy, an eight-episode drama chronicling the Kennedy family beginning in the 1930s. Based on Fredrik Logevall’s acclaimed biography JFK: Coming of Age in the American Century, 1917-1956, the series will star Oscar nominee Michael Fassbender as patriarch Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. and Sam Shaw will serve as showrunner and Oscar-nominated director Thomas Vinterberg will be at the helm of the what promises to be a gripping portrayal.
